Pear has recently signed an exclusive distribution deal with Ikea Cardiff! Brand new leaflet display stands will be placed in Ikea Cardiff tomorrow 24th July to exclusively display our client’s literature. This swiftly follows the signing of other high footfall exclusive distribution sites in South Wales including Welcome Break. This is a trend that will continue during 2009/2010 as we strive to give our clients the best presence at the best sites in Wales and along the M4 corridor! Attached is a picture of the new racking we’ve recently installed at Mermaid Quay.
We don’t need to tell you how busy Ikea is and that it is almost a tourist attraction in its own right!
Also, last year Pear distributed thousands of leaflets at both the Pembrokeshire Agricultural Show and the Abergavenny Food Festival. We had a fantastic response from the public at both these events, as they were eager to learn more about tourist attractions and events throughout Wales. Although the weather last year was far from great (especially at the Pembrokeshire Show!) we were able to distribute thousands of goody-bags with a selection of different leaflets, which our staff handed out personally to visitors at these events. As well as providing this Hand2Hand distribution, we also took along our attractive leaflet display stands in which to display the leaflets in.
As this was such a big success, we are planning on doing exactly the same this year. We will be, once again, taking our leaflet display stands as well as handing out goody-bags.
This year the Pembrokeshire Agricultural Show lands on the 18th, 19th and 20th of August and over 100,000 guests are expected to attend. We will also be at the incredibly popular Abergavenny Food Festival which will take place on the 19th and 20th of September.
